APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When a device, such as a switch or storage system, is added
  to Spectrum Control, a task notification is created and
  displayed indicating whether it succeeded or failed.
  However, there is nothing to identify the device from the
  notification, making it difficult to track what happened.
  
  Successful Notification Example:
  "Adding 1 Brocade switches."
  
  If adding the device fails, the notification should include the
  device and the failure reason.
  
  Failure Notification Examples:
  "Cannot add 1 of 1 Brocade switches."
  "Cannot add 1 of 1 DS8000 storage systems."
