IT42321: MQ command ffstsummary.exe fails to read FDC files more than 2 GB in size

Error description

• On Windows, ffstsummary.exe fails to read FDC files more than 2
  GB in size.
  
  This output is written to the screen:
  
  ffstsummary fails with this in the output, when a file is bigger
  than 2 GB:
  ffstsummary: ERROR: Failed to stat file AMQ12345.0.FDC (errno
  132: value too large)
  

Local fix

• Split the large FDC file into smaller chunks and re-run
  ffstsummary
  

Problem summary

  USERS AFFECTED:
  Users who run the ffstsummary program to provide an ordered
  history of FDC files.  Note this problem only affects you on
  Windows, and only if one or more of the FDC files are huge
  (greater than approximately 2 GB).

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  The code within ffstsummary.exe was using a 32-bit version of
  the operating system call 'stat' to discover the size of the FDC
  file.  It should have been using the 64-bit version of the call.
  

Problem conclusion

• The MQ code within ffstsummary.exe has been corrected, to use
  the 64-bit version of the operating system call made to discover
  the size of the FDC file.
