IT42173: MQCONNX fails with MQRC_SSL_INITIALIZATION_ERROR (2393) if multiple hostnames and SSLPeerName are specified

Error description

• An MQ client application attempts to connect using MQCONNX call
  with multiple hostnames and also SSLPeerName.
  
  The MQCONNX fails with MQCC=2; MQRC=2393.

Problem summary

  MQ Client users wishing to configure multiple hostnames for
  their MQCONNX.
  
  
  Platforms affected:

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  When multiple hostnames are defined for the MQCONNX, the MQ
  client code failed to duplicate the SSLPeerName fields defined
  in the MQCD structure supplied with the MQCNO structure used for
  the call
  

Problem conclusion

• The SSLPeerName supplied is now correctly duplicated and applied
  to the connection options for each host supplied
