Error description

  • You'll get following error and unable to restore an archive from
one patched version to another if using -t STDIO

ie. archive was taken on 14.10.FC7W1X7 and a restore attempt on
14.10.FC7W1X8 will show:

Backup data version is not compatible with Online version:
IBM Informix Dynamic Server Version 14.10.FC7W1X8
Physical restore failed - function Invalid archive tape failed
code -1 errno 0
