Error description
On windows, issuing mqsilist NodeName can throw the following error even when the user is part of mqbrkrs group BIP1185S: You cannot view integration server 'xxx' on integration node 'yyy'. BIP8139E: The user issuing this command does not have the required permissions to execute the command. The issue is seen only with domain user executing mqsilist command on windows.

Problem conclusion
