Error description
IBM Spectrum Protect server crashes - producing a crash dump in the process - whenever RECONCILE VOLUMES detects a problem and needs to issue one of the following messages: - ANR4358W Command: Volume volume name not valid, the attributes of the volume on target server do not match the attributes on the source server. - ANR4359W Command: Volume volume name not valid, the size of the volume on target server does not match the size on the source server. - ANR4360W Command: Volume volume name not valid, the type of the volume on target server does not match the type on the source server. - ANR4361W Command: Volume volume name not valid, the target server has reported damage to all or part of the volume. The warning messages do not appear in the activity log because the server crashes first. An analysis of the core dump will show the following callstack (may include ANR4358W, ANR4359W, ANR4360W, or ANR4361W): 0x00007ffff3e068c1 in __strlen_sse2_pminub 0x00000000004fd792 in OrderInsertBuf (srcP=srcP@entry=0x7ffbe824e53e "ANR4359W ", msgNum=4359, severity=3, ... 0x000000000141fb41 in OutGetMsgP (msgNum=msgNum@entry=4359, ... 0x00000000014254d6 in StdPutMsg (filename=0x16f8890 "admserv.c", lineno=1386, msgNum=4359, ... 0x000000000142751b in outRptfTrFL ... 0x000000000068defe in ReconcileDevclass ... 0x000000000068ee68 in ReconcileServer ...
