Error description

  • Storage Insights fails to upload logs to blue diamond Spectrum
    Virtualize hardware support cases. Attempts either appear to be
    successful but no logs show up or sometimes a timeout message
    is displayed.
    Internal to Storage Insights, a null pointer
    exception is logged when this failure occurs. The internal
    messaging associated with this failure is as follows:
