APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • During stgrule replication processing the
    source server can crash.
    
    The source server attempts to reacquire a cached replication
    session and sends a ping to the target
    
    server.   The session has been closed by the target server and
    the source server drives an error
    
    recovery code path causing the crash on the source server.
    
    
    
    Running dbx on AIX will obtain a stack similar to:
