Error description

• In the MQ Console, when you navigate to the Manage - Disaster
  Recovery or High Availability tab, the view displays a table
  that can continually refresh failing to display the desired
  results when there are no queue managers defined.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  In the MQ Console, when you navigate to the Manage - Disaster
  Recovery or High Availability tabs, the view displays a table
  that continually refreshes failing to display the desired
  results.
  
  There is a problem in which the code prevents the refreshing
  completing for these views when there are no queue managers.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been change to avoid this issue.
