APAR status

Error description

  • IBM Spectrum Protect server NDMP backup can pin the DB2 ACTIVE
    log and cause the server to stop.
    
    Despite increasing active log to maximum size of 512 GB and
    setting DB2 NUM_LOG_SPAN
    to 90% of 512 Gb (460) , the Active log directory still fills up
    and crashes the server
