APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Storage Insights updates the volume status between probes
  causing offline ports to change between normal/green and
  error/red status.
  
  This can affects volumes displayed in:
  - Copy Data panel
  - Resources > Block Storage Systems > Internal Resources >
  Volumes
  - Viewing volumes from the Operations Dashboard
  
  
  As a result, sporadic status changes may occur with offline
  volumes.  (e.g. show as Red - offline)
