IT41145: MONITORING EVENT NAME SHOULD SUPPORT XPATH FUNCTIONS

Error description

• In the Toolkit, a Monitoring Event can be added to a node. The
  Event Name currently can only be an element reference, it must
  start with $. It should be possible to use some XPATH functions
  as well, such as concat. These functions are supported in the
  Runtime so the Toolkit should allow them to be set.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  The Monitoring Event Name field for a Node that has monitoring
  enabled only allows read and write functions and not the wider
  range of XPATH v1.0 functions
  

Problem conclusion

• The code was modified to now support those XPATH v1.0 functions
