Error description
When resolving the .mqsivaultrc file on Windows, ACE relies on the HOMEPATH environment variable without reference to the HOMEDRIVE environment variable. This causes incorrect resolution to be performed if ACE is located on a different drive from the user's home directory. For example if the user's home directory is at C:\Users\abcd and ACE is intsalled in D:\ACE\12.0.4.0 then commands which access the vault will attempt to resolve the .mqsivaultrc file at D:\Users\abcd\.mqsivaultrc rather than C:\Users\abcd\.mqsivaultrc.
Local fix
Run ACE from the same drive as the user's home directory.
