Error description

• When dsmcad is running in prompted mode, IBM Spectrum Protect
  server cannot connect to dsmcad to start schedules if security
  scanner does not disconnect from dsmcad.

  IBM Spectrum Protect client version 8.1.2 and higher on all
  supported platforms
