IT40628: HA secondary unable to connect to DR secondary when HA primary powered off

Error description

• MQ Appliance cannot connect to DR secondary and reports failure
  data capture (FDC) records
  with probes XC721050 & XY136009 while ending the queue manager
  in a HA/DR configuration

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  If an <span style="background-color:rgb(255, 255, 255)">HA
  primary node was offline and the queue manager had failed over
  onto the HA secondary, a timing window existed where the HA
  secondary was unable to connect to the DR secondary.</span>
  

Problem conclusion

• The internal connection properties of the DR resources have been
  modified to allow the HA secondary to connect properly.
