  • The following error may appear when opening a case using Storage
    Insights :
    
    Creating support ticket for system MY_STORAGE
    
    The support case was not opened for the device with serial
    number 0000010012345678 because of Electronic Customer Care
    (ECC) error Invalid object : [Subject]. Reason:[IBM serial
    [0000010012345678] does not result in a 7 character serial
    number id].
    
    This can occur when opening a software or hardware case.
