IT40554: Memory leak in IBM MQ amqzlaa0 process after MQRC_SYNCPOINT_LIMIT_REACHED is encountered

Error description

• Tools used to monitor memory availability show a continuous rise
  in the memory use of one or more IBM MQ amqzlaa0 processes.
  

Local fix

• The impact of the problem can be limited by understanding and
  fixing
  the source of the unexpected MQRC_SYNCPOINT_LIMIT_REACHED return
  code.
  
  MQRC_SYNCPOINT_LIMIT_REACHED may be caused by a badly-behaved
  application, or by setting
  the MAXUMGS queue manager attribute to an inappropriately low
  value.

  Users with applications that use message properties and have an
  application pattern that regularly causes
  MQRC_SYNCPOINT_LIMIT_REACHED errors will be affected by this
  problem.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  If an MQRC_SYNCPOINT_LIMIT_REACHED error was received on an
  MQGET call then the
  IBM MQ code  failed to free memory that was allocated to process
  message properties.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been corrected so that memory allocated for message
  properties will be freed if the MQGET call fails with
  MQRC_SYNCPOINT_LIMIT_REACHED.
