Error description

• mqsilist command reports DeployTimestamp and DeployBarFile name
  for deployed resources like dictionary, esql, etc as blank.
  
  For example:
  BIP1299I: File 'Mset.xsdzip' is deployed to integration server
  'eg'. (Application 'MsetApp', Library '')
  Deployed: '' in Bar file ''
  

Local fix

Problem summary

  USERS AFFECTED:
  All users of App Connect Enterprise V11 and V12 who deploys bar
  files containing resources like ESQL, libraries, etc.
  
  
  Platforms affected:
  MultiPlatform

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  mqsilist command output is not showing the 'DeployTimestamp' and
  'DeployBarFileName'  for deployed resources like ESQL,
  libraries, etc.
  
  For example:
  
  BIP1299I: File 'Mset.xsdzip' is deployed to integration server
  'eg'. (Application 'MsetApp', Library '')
  Deployed: '' in Bar file ''
  

Problem conclusion

• Product is now modified that the mqsilist command output will
  show the deploytime and bar file name for deployed resources.
