Error description

• After a successful IBM Spectrum Protect client upgrade, if the
  dsmcad.service file located in /opt/tivoli/tsm/client/ba/bin was
  changed by the upgrade, and if systemd is used to start the
  acceptor daemon, the start of the service fails with:
  
  # systemctl restart dsmcad
  Warning: The unit file, source configuration file or drop-ins of
  dsmcad.service changed on disk. Run 'systemctl daemon-reload' to
  reload units.

Local fix

• Run 'systemctl daemon-reload' to refresh the systemd unit list
  and restart the client acceptor daemon with 'systemctl start
  dsmcad.service'

Problem conclusion

• After the fix, the backup-archive client post installation
  scripts will automatically run 'systemctl daemon-reload' to
