Error description

  • Defining a high availability (HA) queue manager name with
certain special characters on the IBM MQ Appliance can cause a
conflict if there is already a standalone queue manager with a
similar name on the other appliance in the HA group.

In this scenario the crtmqm -sx command will fail, however the
existing queue manager's data directory on the partner appliance
will be damaged, potentially resulting in data loss of
    persistent message data.

The damaged queue manager cannot be removed.
