Error description

  • IBM Spectrum Protect Plus failed on Hyper-V VMs restore job.
    From the job log, it indicates that cannot register because it?s
    failing to get the disk information. It is failing with a
    generic problem with VM?s config when importing into Hyper-V.
    You can find an example of the error below from the job log and
    the Hyper-V log.
    
    SPP Job log error:
    
    Failed to create VM (IBMVM-DB00). Error =
    (HypervisorVMRegisterException).ERROR,xxxxxxxxxxxx ,<hostname>,
    Failed to register VM (IBMVM-DB00).
    
    
    Hyper-V host log error:
    INFO  asyncTaskExecutor-3101
    MSVM_VirtualSystemManagementServiceDAOImpl          x
    RealizePlannedSystem failed with exception: java.lang.Exception:
    Job failed. Reason: ' IBMVM-DB00? could not be realized due to
    errors in its configuration file which could not be resolved.

Problem conclusion
