IT39878: AMQ7077E error is reported while removing RDQM feature from a 9.2 fixpack level.

Error description

• while running rpm -qa | grep drbd | xargs yum -y remove getting
  AMQ7077E: You are not authorized to perform the requested
  operation while erasing  MQSeriesRDQM-U9204-9.2.0-4.x86_64
  
  Recreate Steps:
  1. Install MQ 92GA MQ + RDQM
  2. Upgrade using latest FP (MQ + RDQM)
  3. Try to uninstall only the RDQM (pacemaker first then drbd )
  4. First run rpm -qa | grep linbit | xargs yum -y remove
  it removes the pacemaker components
  5. Next run rpm -qa | grep drbd | xargs yum -y remove
    This command will remove the RDQM rpm as well as drbd
  components.
  
  Actual Behavior: While erasing
  MQSeriesRDQM-U9204-9.2.0-4.x86_64  its giving the below error
  
  Running transaction
    Erasing    : MQSeriesRDQM-U9204-9.2.0-4.x86_64
  
  
  AMQ7077E: You are not authorized to perform the requested
  operation.
  
  Expected Behavior:
  AMQ7077E: You are not authorized to perform the requested
  operation. it should not display this error while removing RDQM
  rpm.
  
  Though the above error is reported, the RDQM package gets
  removed successfully.

Problem summary

  USERS AFFECTED:
  All MQ users who try to uninstall RDQM feature from a 9.2
  fixpack level.
  
  
  Platforms affected:
  Linux on x86-64
  
  ****************************************************************
  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  The issue was caused by a mismatch between the level of rdqmd
  executable and the libmqml_r shared library.
  The mismatch was caused when the RDQM version changed from the
  fixpack level to the base level (9.2.0.0) while the version of
  the common library was still at the fixpack level, for example:
  9.2.0.4.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code was modified to correct the incorrect version check
  that happens while removing RDQM package.
  
  Please note that this issue needs to be resolved within the
  uninstall logic of the base installation, and so cannot be
  addressed by the application of fix packs.
  
  Installation of the 9.2.0.5 or later base install media from
  Passport Advantage will prevent the issue occurring for
  subsequent fix pack installations.
