Db2 Version 11.1 Mod 4 Fix Pack 7 for Linux, UNIX, and Windows

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The silent uninstall feature (db2unins /f /y) of the data server
  client 11.1 results in Db2 removing  McAfee shared C++ reg keys
  which is causing McAfee go into  repair state
