IT39814: TABLE LEVEL RESTORE FAILURE ON TABLE WITH DIFFERING IN-PLACE ALTER HISTORY BETWEEN ITS FRAGMENTS

Error description

• An archecker table level restore (TLR) on a fragmented table can
  fail with 'row alter' errors if table underwent in-place alters
  and different sets of fragments existed at each alter.
  
  Errors might look like this:
  
  ERROR: acu_ipa_rowalter: row data version(1) is invalid :
  pts_oldvers(0), total_versions(1)
  ERROR: Unable to perform ipa for (0x22f00002)
  ERROR: IPA row alter failed for rowid 0x0076d601
  ERROR: Unable to convert page(2133_30475) for partnum 586153986

  with others possible too.
  

Local fix

• The problem can be circumvented by running separate TLR attempts
  for those sets of fragments sharing same in-place alter history.
