Error description
If integration node take more time to shutdown than the specified wait time in mqsistop command(mqsistop -w), expected return message is "BIP8016E: Cannot confirm the component has stopped" . It is correctly working on Windows. But on Unix, mqsistop is returning "BIP8071I: Successful command completion" instead of BIP8016E.

Problem summary
**************************************************************** USERS AFFECTED: All users of IBM App Connect Enterprise V11.0 and V12.0 executing mqsistop command on AIX or Linux platform.
