Error description

• The performance monitor is not collecting data for Hitachi
  storage.  Performance monitoring status shows as "Unknown".
  
  
  Performance monitoring failed continuously with either
  
     RC -51 (data collection error)
  
  or
  
     RC -55 (SVP busy).
