IT39735: The symbolic link for rdqmalert is not created when fix pack is applied

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• After applying the IBM MQ 9.2.0.4 fix pack to an installation
  using the replicated data queue manager (RDQM) functionality,
  the following message can be seen in the system log:
  
  warning: Cannot execute '/var/mqm/rdqm/rdqmalert': No such file
  or directory
  

Local fix

•  Manually create a symbolic link for the rdqmalert binary:
  
   ln -s ${MQ_INSTALLATION_PATH}/bin/rdqmalert
  /var/mqm/rdqm/rdqmalert

Problem conclusion

• The fix pack installation logic has been modified to create the
  symbolic link for the rdqmalert binary when the fix pack is
  applied.
