Problem Description:

Unable to create a route on a sub-mailbox in Global Mailbox if a
route already exists on another sub-mailbox under the same
parent mailbox.

Problem conclusion

Resolution Summary:

We have fixed the issue to allow creating routing channel on
different sub mailbox. Also, we have ensured that there is only

one event rule for a producer mailbox.
