APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The Storage Insights scheduler rebalances the probe jobs for all
  devices for the coming week.
  
  If a manual ?restart data collection? action is issued for any
  monitored device, Storage Insights again rebalances the probes
  for all other devices .
  
  When this happens, the existing triggers for that day should
  not be altered, and only the future triggers should be
  rebalanced.
  
  If a rebalancing of probes for a device happens due to another
  device, the current days probe ends up being skipped if it was
  not already run.
  Storage Insights should not skip a day?s probe due to a
  rebalancing triggered by another device.
