APAR status

Error description

  • Starting the toolkit using the ace command and passing in a
    workspace using the -data parameter in the ace.cmd  fails to
    load that workspace. It shows the list of possible workspaces.

    PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
    <span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif"><span
    style="background-color:rgb(255, 255, 255);color:rgb(36, 41,
    46);font-size:14px">ace.cmd command fails to open the toolkit
    when the location of workspace is specified using -data
    argument. Instead it opens a popup window with a list of
    available workspaces. </span></span>
    

Problem conclusion

  • <span style="background-color:rgb(255, 255, 255);color:rgb(36,
    41,
    46);font-size:14px;font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif">Modif
    ied the product in such a way that that ace.cmd accepts -data
    argument and opens the toolkit with specified workspace.</span>
