APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Data collection status shows as Failed for some Hitachi storage
  devices due to the performance monitor status of Failed.
  
  
  process_hitachi_vsp.log shows the performance data collection
  completing successfully.  However, processing the data
  encountered an error due to some pool metrics having an int
  value of 0 instead of expected double value.
