Error description

• In Storage Insights GUI -> Configuration -> Settings, then press
  Edit the "IBM Support Log Permissions", the list of Storage
  Systems to select to give permission to IBM Support to collect
  and upload log packages is empty.
  The issue affects only the Storage Insights Free version.
