Error description
After a failure in the SOAPReply node the message is expected to be routed through the Failure Terminal. The exception get logged in the syslog file but the message is not getting propagated through the failure terminal.

Problem summary
**************************************************************** USERS AFFECTED: All users of IBM App Connect Enterprise V11.0 and V12.0 using the SOAPReply node. Platforms affected: MultiPlatform **************************************************************** PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: In the SOAPReply node if a failure is detected when the message is propagated, then the message is expected to be routed through the Failure terminal. But after the failure, the exception get logged in the broker event log file and the message is not getting propagated through the Failure terminal of the SOAPReply node.
Problem conclusion
