Error description
For Oracle databases protected with IBM Spectrum Protect Plus, if the inventory task is unable to collect database information, then the Oracle databases are skipped during backup and SLA association is removed. The backup status is marked 'Completed'. It is not obvious for the operator that the Oracle databases association with the SLA is permanently removed. This means the affected databases will not be protected even when the inventory is again able to detect these. The following job log entries are symptomatic of this problem: SUMMARY,<timestamp>,CTGGA2398,Starting job for policy <SLAName> (ID:1234). id -> <JobId>. IBM Spectrum Protect Plus version 10.1.8-4115. ... WARN,<timestamp>,CTGGA1958,Failed to resolve selection db <DBName> to databases. Local fix
Ensure to : 1. Run an Application Inventory 2. A Maintenance 3. Associate again to the SLA any database that must be protected.

Made a change to the return code of inventory when no Oracle homes are found on a server. With this if no Oracle homes are found it will not remove existing SLA associations from that server.
