APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Storage Insights probes of Pure Storage FA-X70R2 devices are
  observed to fail.
  This is due to a null pointer exception logged internally to
  Storage Insights - the only external observable message is in
  the probe status column where it shows that it failed.
  Internally we see: colstatus=ERROR, retcode=21,
  and:
  trcmsg=Didn?t find any processed data zip output file for device

  Server/Manager build/release: 5.4.x
  Problem as described by customer: SI probes of Pure storage
  systems failing
  Initial customer impact (low/med/high): med
  

Local fix

• Patch available from support if needed; fix coming in future
  patch to Storage Insights.
