Error description

  • Microsoft Office 365 objects protection was introduced with
    version 10.1.5 of IBM Spectrum Protect Plus.
    The backup of Microsoft Office 365 Exchange data can stop with
    the following messages seen in the job log :

    In the CloudAgent.log found in the job log bundle, the
    following will be reported :

Problem conclusion

  • In some cases, the deleted folder was not correctly processed
    and the data synchronization attempt was made. This problem has
    been fixed so the agent can continue the work successfully
