IT38483: INCORRECT VALUES FOR THE CPU UTILIZATION METRIC COLLECTED BY STORAGE INSIGHTS MAY TRIGGER FALSE ALERTS

Error description

• CPU Utilization performance metric may not be correct in SI,
  higher values can be observed in the performance graph for this
  metric for a time intervals of hours then the values are correct
  again.
  This issue appear sporadically trigering the alerts on this
  metric due to higher values than normal.
  In the observed case the CPU utilization values was 75% higher
  for about 2 days then returned to normal values.
