Error description

• Using IBM Spectrum Protect Plus, a backup job for multiple
  Microsoft SQL or Microsoft Exchange instances can stop with the
  job log message :
  "Encountered an error executing step basicStep1 in job
   basicOneStepJob"
  
  This message can be seen when for any reason the job cannot not
  get the needed instance information for a protected database.
  This error prevents the processing for the other databases that
  have no inventory issue.
  
  This type of inventory error should not prevent the job from
  processing the remaining databases for which there is no
  inventory issue.

  IBM Spectrum Protect Plus 10.1.x

• Verify the requirements are met and ensure the application
  inventory job for the affected host completes successfully
  before the backup is attempted.
