IT38424: IBM SPECTRUM PROTECT CLIENT API DSMRC.H DOES NOT CONTAIN ALL POSSIBLE RETURN CODES

Error description

• Over the years, multiple return codes have been added to
  internal client code,
  but not updated in the dsmrc.h file.  Because the dsmrc.h file
  is publicly
  available via the IBM Spectrum Protect Client API code, it is
  frequently used
  by customers and support to assist in problem determination, in
  particular
  when looking at the IBM Spectrum Protect backup db failures and
  
  for IBM DB2 backups to Spectrum Protect Servers, as that
  utilizes the API.
  
  Any return codes used by the API should be in the dsmrc.h
