IT38397: IBM SPECTRUM PROTECT PLUS DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY BRING THE NEWLYCHANGED VALUE OF SOFTCAP TASK LIMIT INTO EFFECT

Error description

• Under System Configuration > VADP Proxy it is possible to
  determine the  number of available CPU cores or by using the
  Softcap task limit option. When user changes the softcap task
  limit value, this change does not take effect automatically.
  
  Versions affected: IBM Spectrum Protect Plus 10.1.7 and later
  

Local fix

• The operations of suspend/resume on the VADP proxy are needed
  to pick up the newly changed value.

Problem conclusion
