Error description

• Restore from copy backup completes with the following error in
  SPP job log:  CTGGK3077 The data mover
  restore-pvc-test-ondemandrestore-1621624936504-1621624936114
  failed to start with the reported reason: None
    and a warning-level event about zero availability of worker
  nodes is present the namespace of PVC being restored:
    Warning FailedScheduling
  pod/restore-pvc-test-ondemandrestore-1621624936504-162162493jlnm
  l 0/6 nodes are available: 6 persistentvolumeclaim
  "test-restore-pvcr" not found.
  

Local fix

•   Add more worker nodes to improve cluster performance. Medium
  level of difficulty.
