APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • The Tickets tab for a given storage device in IBM Storage
    Insights should display open and closed cases for that device.
    Some older closed cases are displayed but none of the newer open
    cases are listed.  This includes cases opened through Call Home,
    Storage Insights, or directly through the support community.
    This does not change as cases move from open to closed.  The
    list of cases associated with that storage device is not
    accurately received and displayed.
    

Local fix

  • None.  Access cases directly from the IBM Support Community
    until resolved.
