SUMMARY,<timestamp>,CTGGA2340,Job policy <SLAName> completed in <x> hr(s) <y> min(s) <z> sec(s) and ended with status PARTIAL. id <JobId> This will happen after the vsnap ISCSI lun is mounted to the SQL Server and there is an issue with Microsoft VDS replying back to the IBM Spectrum Protect Plus Agent.

Problem conclusion
Added a 30 minute timeout to rescan APIs on the Windows agent side. This will prevent the job from hanging if the rescan command hangs.
