Error description

• Storage Insights application group contents are refreshed upon
  receiving deletion or rename event for any component contained
  within the user-defined application group.
  In certain situations the delete/rename events are either not
  sent or are missed by the Storage Insights application group
  processing, and thus volumes that have been deleted or renamed
  can still be displayed and/or displayed with the wrong name.
