Error description
On startup, an integration server writes its process id to a file called .pid in the work path. On shutdown, the .pid file is normally removed. When an integration node restarts, it checks for the existence of these .pid files in case the integration node process had terminated abnormally and needs to adopt the still running integration servers on restart. If a .pid file exists for an integration server and contains the value 0, the integration node is incorrectly determining that the integration server is already running and does not attempt to start it.

Problem conclusion
