IT37503: The amqsmon sample utility reports error when using -l option

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The amqsmon sample utility reports an error when command line
  parameters for -l option is provided at the end of the
  arguments.
  
  [root@sev1]# /opt/mqm/samp/bin/amqsmon -m T1 -t statistics -b -w
  1 -l 2015
  Argument 10 has an error
  

Local fix

• Provide the -l parameter in between other parameters, rather
  than as the final parameter
  

Problem summary

  USERS AFFECTED:
  All the IBM MQ users who use amqsmon command with -l option at
  the end of the arguments to display only the selected fields
  from the records processed.
  
  
  Platforms affected:
  MultiPlatform

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  The parsing logic for the -l parameter was incorrect.
  

Problem conclusion

• The amqsmon  sample code has been modified to correct the
  parsing logic.
