Error description

• NetApp network share on Windows using SnapDiff backup reports
  errors ANS4005E and ANS1802E in dsmerror.log if objects contain
  Romanian special characters like ?, ?, ,? or ? etc.

Problem conclusion

• The code has been fixed so currently the client allows to bypass
  the issue with Romaninan symbols via the testlag  DONTUPPERCASE.
