IT37273: CTGGF0204 MESSAGE NOT INDICATING REASON OF FAILED INVENTORY FOR ORACLE DATABASE

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The inventory Job log in IBM Spectrum Protect Plus for Oracle
  servers does not list the precise reason why a database is not
  inventoried.
  
  The current message seen in the job log is :
  WARN ... CTGGF0204,[<OracleHostAddress>] Could not collect
                     details for DB instance <DBName>:
                     '<Oracle_Home>'.
  
  The administrator will see the job ends in state PARTIAL and
  the above warning message but no further indication why this is
  seen.
  One possible reason for the warning is because the Oracle
  version is unsupported.
