Error description
After booting the gateway for a period of time the webapi will work then fail to configure any further changes or updates. The logs may show: [xsltmsg][info] xmlfirewall(xml-mgmt): tid(123)[request][clientIp] gtid(1234abcd): SOAP: Session Authentication failure The only fix or work around is to reboot DataPower then no further authentication failures will be seen.

reboot DataPower.
Problem summary
The APIC Gateway Service can now come up even if the admin user was locked out.
