IT37172: Incorrect qmgr status is reported on secondary appliance after HA resource cleanup with service console

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• After cleaning up failed resource actions for an HA queue
  manager via
  service console access as advised by IBM MQ Support, the
  queue manager status is Running on primary appliance but 'Ended
  normally' on secondary appliance. Client applications can
  connect to the queue manager successfully.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  Following an HA resource cleanup, the MQ appliance queue manager
  status commands did not correctly check all HA resources to
  obtain the correct status, resulting in the inaccurate
  information described above.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code has been modified to ensure the queue manager status is
  read correctly.
